Leaders aren’t following a pattern, they are creating one

• Young people in leadership – This program is an introductory course for kids from the age of 10  to youth the age of 21. The course starts from introducing leadership in the family, in school, in th the community and preparing for the corporate opportunities to lead for young people. Preparations is done by sharing, knowledge and basic skills like confidence and habit 
• Career Leadership – We offer career guidance, career development and mapping, training on leadership skills for each career, we also do entry level career skills induction.
• Coaching for teams – This program is for corporate team building ,with focus on , but not limited to  (communication, problem solving, idea generation and execution)
